EAM is a statewide association benefiting employer members throughout the state of Montana.

The purpose of EAM initially was to establish means to assist employers involving labor relations, but now also includes health insurance coverage through an arrangement with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Western States Insurance Agency.  EAM is consistently expanding its services and now offers workplace wellness services along with expanded legal and insurance coverage.  EAM itself does not provide legal counsel to its members, but refers them to Worden Thane P.C. in Missoula.  As part of your EAM membership, you have access to legal counsel and the firm will advise and assist members on legal issues pertaining to employment or labor law. With the exception of a matter that is litigated in court or tried before an administrative agency, the fees due Worden Thane P.C. will be paid for by EAM.
