About Us
The Employer’s Association of Montana (EAM) was established in the 1950s by Missoula community leaders to provide business members with professional legal services. This activity continues today as our primary function and is available to all members of EAM.
As member businesses grew, so did the need to address employee health insurance and benefits. EAM expanded its assistance to make available group health insurance plans for member employees through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana (BCBSMT). This service provides affordable insurance premiums to EAM members and has generated substantial interest from both big and small business across Montana.
